We’ll have over a dozen specially produced itineraries – we do all the planning for you, and you can just follow the pre-selected itinerary, or forge your own path. This year, we have some new categories, which will help you plan your days at Doors Open and make travel arrangements, we will also be building specially curated itineraries for you to select. This event is led by the California Preservation Foundation (CPF), the longest-running statewide organization dedicated to the protection of California’s diverse cultural resources and historic places. Enthusiasts of historic architecture, design, and cultural heritage will have access to select sites across the state over one weekend, September 9-10, 2023 for just $20 / person – a flat fee that gives you access to everything. Doors Open California is the largest statewide celebration of historic places in California.
